//Remember//

As days go by I am daily reminded that this life is but a breath of wind, a vapor; there are few that are remembered after death, but I am also reminded things can look so important in the moment, and as hindsight is 20-20, looking back you wonder why you worried. As I look back over the past year, I wonder why I worried, as I knew, and know, that God has every thing in control.
                   Matthew 6:34
                   Therefore do not worry about tomorrow,                                       for tomorrow will worry about itself.                                                                                  Each day has enough trouble of its own.

As human nature compels us into a worried state, Jesus says 'sit on my lap do not worry rest your head on my shoulder, as this world is spinning in emotional turmoil, Jesus says remember I Am the same yesterday, today, and forever, I know all things that were and are and going to be, why do you worry my child?', as your head spins with all that is going on in this world and you don't know how to handle it, Jesus says fight:
                                                             2 Corinthians 10:4
                  The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world.
                    On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.
May we remember that physical death of God's saints does not end in death, but life, glorious life.
May we tremble when we think of our Holy, awesome and powerful Lord.
May we be broken and humble in front of our God, we can not do anything.
May we realize His heart for this lost and broken world.........

First Post

                                                       Yah I'm blogging now!
I realized today how blessed I am to be apart of a large family! My uncle is departing soon to Australia to do missions there, today was the last time seeing him before he leaves on the 2 year journey in Down Under.
How I take that all for granted. I'm always surrounded by family at basically every holiday, they all live near by and yet all are friends and companions. When one leaves the fold we all notice. It hurts a little bit, we cry a little bit, we hug and then they are gone.... yet this time for some reason it was just a little bit easier,(for me) with the knowledge that he and us all are under Christ's ever present gaze, that even though we are now going to live our lives on opposite ends of the world (if you look at the globe the right way!) He has our lives in His hands and even if He calls us home in that time frame (praying against that..) We will meet again! Although I hope I won't have time to chit chat up in Heaven about Australia... I want to be kneeling in front of the glorious throne of JESUS CHRIST MY LORD!!!!!!!  As I was reminded on Sunday there is absolutely no greater place!!
